Ransomware. Da problema a opportunità?
Ransomware. From trouble to opportunity?
Massimo si è laureato in Ingegneria Elettronica all’Università di Bologna con una tesi sulla sicurezza sulle reti, ha lavorato per dieci anni nel privato soprattutto nel campo della logistica e della gestione documentale.
Nel 1995 è entrato in Sanità nell’Azienda USL di Bologna, nel 2005 è passato all’Azienda USL di Ferrara ove, all’interno del Servizio Comune ICT con l’Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria, ha ricoperto per 14 anni il ruolo di Posizione Organizzativa per la gestione delle reti e dell’infrastruttura.
Dal 2019 è Dirigente del Servizio Sistemi Informativi, Digitalizzazione, Agenda Digitale e Città Intelligente del Comune di Ferrara, del quale dal 2020 è anche Responsabile per la Transizione al Digitale.
Sta curando in particolare la digitalizzazione, la trasformazione e l’evoluzione tecnologica dell’Ente e della Smart City, anche nell’ambito dei relativi progetti PNRR.
Massimo is graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna with a thesis on network security, he worked for ten years in the private sector, especially in the field of logistics and document management.
In 1995 he entered the Healthcare sector in the Azienda USL of Bologna, in 2005 he moved to the Azienda USL of Ferrara where, within the Common ICT Service with the Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria, he held for 14 years the role of Team Leader for network and infrastructure management.
Since 2019 he has been CIO of the Municipality of Ferrara, of which since 2020 he has also been Responsible for the Digital Transition.
He is taking care in particular of the digitalisation, transformation and technological evolution of the Authority and the Smart City, also in the context of the related PNRR projects.

Più che in tutti gli altri settori dell'ICT, nel campo della cybersecurity - dove l'aspetto tecnico fa parte dei dettagli - quando stai per finire, o sei già finito nei guai, senza la collaborazione è "Game Over".
