I am a senior leader with over 22 years of experience in innovation, marketing and digital transformation at international level from leading companies in payment and technology.
I am now leading the growth of Digital Identity in Italy at the Digital Transformation Team of the Italian Government. The programme is part of the Digital Single Market in Europe.
I managed programmes and multi-country teams to introduce innovative payment solutions to the market, led marketing and communication strategies to launch new products and drive adoption from consumers and businesses; developed strategic partnerships ; led the expansion of the most innovative brands; ensured multi million budget optimisation.
International experience covers Southern Europe, Asia Pac and the US.
With a PhD in Theoretical Physics and MBA at Bocconi Business School, I combine a creative and an analytical mindset and believe in long-life learning and improvement.
Motivated by challenges and complex business scenarios , my life philosophy is "look at the stars, not your feet".
