Network Engineer di GARR dal 2011, mi occupo di progettazione e innovazione della rete di trasporto, coordinando il gruppo di infrastruttura ottica GARR. Ho fatto parte del GARR NOC durante la realizzazione del progetto GARR-X lavorando su tutti i livelli di rete. Mi sono presto focalizzato sulla rete ottica di trasporto e nel progetto GARR-X Progress mi sono occupato sia la progettazione che la realizzazione della rete DWDM. Ho contribuito dalle fasi iniziali al progetto GARR-T e attualmente coordino la task force ottica del progetto.

Network Engineer at GARR since 2011, I am responsible for transport network design and innovation, overseeing the GARR optical infrastructure group. I was a part of the GARR NOC during the implementation of the GARR-X project, working on all network levels. Since the beginning, I've been focused on the optical transport network, and in the GARR-X Progress project, I handled both the design and implementation of the DWDM network. I contributed from the early stages to the GARR-T project, and I currently coordinate the optical task force of the project.
